Welcome to Azalea Family Health Care LLC. You will meet a team of caring people who are here to provide high quality health care for the entire family. Frances Guthridge has been a family nurse practitioner for the past thirty six years. She is interested in optimizing your health by meeting current illness or injury needs and in bringing to you preventative health services. She has had experience with patients with chronic health needs, for example, diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.

Frances has a desire to provide services that meet the standards of care established by her credentialing boards and keeps current by attending a full range of family health care topics at continuing education programs annually. She also spends time studying online when there are appropriate courses available.

Dianne Wickham has recently joined the practice. She is experienced as a family nurse practitioner and as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She welcomes an opportunity to meet mental health needs. She is available to offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. She is able to take all insurances except Oregon Health Plan. She is a graduate of Gonzaga University 's graduate program in family and psychiatric nurse practitioner programs.

The Future

Health care of the future will include having patients able to communicate with their provider on the internet. We are working to make this happen at Azalea Family Health Care. You will be able to register online so that an appointment can be made for you. Eventually, you will be able to look at test results if you wish on line, and send a message to your provider.
